This organic food supplement offers a unique blend of iodine-rich, food-approved seaweeds (Ascophyllum nodosum and Fucus vesiculosus), with a range of vegetables and herbs: artichoke, chlorella, green tea leaf, spirulina, ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root and cayenne.

Iodine contributes to: normal cognitive function, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, the maintenance of normal skin, the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function, as well as to the normal growth of children.

Q10 is found in every cell of the body, and in particularly high concentrations in the heart. In the body it is a part of the electron transfer chain, which converts food into energy.

Under normal circumstances, the body is able to maintain adequate levels of coenzyme Q10. However, coenzyme Q10 levels decrease with age, and are depleted by intense physical exercise, illness and some medications.

Vitamin B1 is also known as thiamine.  We decided to add this nutrient because of its beneficial effects on normal energy* and heart* function. (*thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism & the normal function of the heart).

In addition, thiamine contributes to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Contains vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. This is the most functional form of B12 because it’s already in bioavailable form, meaning the body does not need to convert it in order to use it. This offers a huge advantage over other types of vitamin B12.

Methylcobalamin is the form of vitamin B12 active in the central nervous system. It is essential for cell growth and replication. In some people the liver may not convert cyanocobalamin, the common supplemental form of vitamin B12, into adequate amounts of methylcobalamin needed for proper neuronal functioning. It is thus favourable to supplement using this readily active form of B12.
